		<description><![CDATA[A nice utility, but may not be sufficient for out needs.  It looks that when a site is detected as 'down'... the utility stops attempting to reach that site. In other words, the error log may contain the time when a website 'went down', but does not go on automatically continue to check the site for when it 'comes up'.   This might be a good tool if it is constantly monitored, but not as usefull if one would like to (perhaps) collect up/down statistics over a period of time. ]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[One of my cusotmer is having citrix access essentials, offlate there has been some issues with website not opening, when website stops responding there is no service or process failure, restarting website doesnt help, once server is rebooted website works fine for a week to 10 days & then again website hangs & webpage doesnt open, found your utility siteup usefull but when i add URL & click on check sites now website utility just hangs too:(.
